Nice to see Misa record 2 points. He's earned a permanent top 6 role in my opinion. I am really happy for Mukhamadullin to score a goal and make a great defensive save, it's been a rough go of it for him lately. Celebrini now has 82 points on the season, guarenteed point per game season. Askarov definitely should have had the Walman goal, not sure if I'd put any of the others on him. Gotta clean up that defensive game overall.

As predicted, here we go with the Grier/Warsofsky doubling and tripleing down on Sherwood.... Line 1, than PP 1, than benching SMith in place of him at the end... This guy is AT BEST a 3rd liner, but Grier/Warsofsky are gonna shove him down our throats and put him in every key situation Klingberg style.... Its infuriating how the team has the players for sucess, but refuses to use them properly. Call up Cherynashov and Regenda... Put Sherwood on the 3rd line and trade him as soon as you get an offer. Also, Misa played great today.

The Oilers got rid of Evander Kane. Maybe it should have been Nurse?

i think ingram has been pretty good overall for the oilers. the third goal obviously is a bit unfortunate or might be considered a mistake by going for his stick too early but normally when the puck is 'cleared' you might have a little time in your hands until it is back in your zone again. A look at these highlights is all there is to know - turnovers from impossible positions leading to one on one galore and zero effort/skill on defence in basically every D-line (and O-line) makes it impossible as a goalie to look good. I think you cant fix the lack of effort/skill, but it is beyond me why in so many games there are so many totally unforced turnovers. It is the style of play and to me this is a coaching issue as well. Ingram saved all he had to in my opinion and more.

What a treat for the home fans. Neither team was about to give up, but the Sharks really are just so much better than last year it's amazing.

I really want Sherwood to succeed. But, I’m confused regarding how he fits in with our system, especially with Mack and Will. Igor seemed to fit in much better.
