Privacy Policy

NeedRadar (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users' personal information in its YouTube trend analysis service (hereinafter referred to as "the Services").

The Company uses YouTube API Services to obtain and analyze publicly available YouTube data. The Services analyze keyword-related videos, channels, and public comments to extract viewer needs and provide content creation suggestions.

  • Public YouTube channel statistics
  • Public YouTube video information
  • Public YouTube comment information
  • Only publicly available data is collected
  • The Services do not access users' private YouTube account data
  • Data is obtained in accordance with YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)

Article 8: External Service Privacy Policies

The Company uses external services to provide the Services. These services have their own privacy policies.

Article 9: Authentication Token Management

The Company issues and manages access tokens for user authentication. These tokens are stored only for the necessary period based on users' explicit consent and are properly managed.

  • Token validity period: 24 hours
  • Tokens are stored in encrypted form
  • Tokens are invalidated when users log out
  • Tokens are stored in local storage or cookies

Article 10: Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Company may change the content of this Privacy Policy as necessary. In such cases, the effective date and content of the revised Privacy Policy will be announced or notified to users in an appropriate manner.

If you wish to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of your information, please contact us at the email address below. In such cases, we will verify that the request is made by the individual in question by requesting a driver's license or other identification as specified by the Company. Please note that a fee of 5,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure requests, regardless of whether the information is disclosed.
