Subscription Cancellation
If you cancel the service before your next billing date, your subscription will automatically stop from the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only within 7 days of the contract establishment through individual customer inquiries. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at our designated contact (info@anydigi.co.jp) with the reason for the refund clearly stated. Refunds are not available in principle after 7 days have passed, except in cases prescribed by law.

Billing Period
The date you start your subscription becomes your monthly or yearly billing date. We explain billing dates for month-end registrations and yearly plans below.
- Monthly Billing Month-end registration: For example, if you register on January 31st, the billing date will be the last day of each month (February 28th or 29th in leap years, April 30th, July 31st, etc.). Months with 31 days: For months with 31 days (March, May, July, etc.), billing occurs on the 31st of each month.
- Yearly Billing Yearly billing date: If you choose yearly billing, the initial payment is made on the registration date, and that date becomes your annual billing date. For example, if you register on June 15th, June 15th becomes your annual billing date.
