1

Understanding the mental and physical factors contributing to Alcaraz's losses, and potential strategies for improvement.

I saw Carlitos practice at Indian Wells. I could see in his eyes and mannerisms that he was burned out. So much stress at such a young age. And with all the guys elevating their game to pull him down. So go and rest young man. Then come back stonger

I just love this guy and want the very best for him. I'm seeing in him right now what I saw in a young Boris Becker so many years ago - the threat of burnout resulting from the pressure of so much so soon, and the exhausting feeling of ALWAYS HAVING TO WIN. Focus on feeling good Carlos, and if this continues even take a bit of time off if need be.

Detailed analysis of Korda's strengths and weaknesses, and how they compare to top players like Alcaraz.

Man I love Korda's groundstrokes. SO clean.

Korda's groundstrokes look effortless, but come off the racquet like missiles. Reminds me somehow of Berdych in his prime.

Korda groundstrokes are so clean bro has always been crisp on FH / BH and pretty good mover for his height touch at the net and played way more aggressive today and brought pressure to carlos early and just played solid thru great win

3

Discussion on the pressure faced by top players like Alcaraz and the impact of expectations.

Strong demandOtherExtracted from 20 comments

The pressure of being in the top 5!...you win some, you loose some!...the players are getting used to his playing and finding the weaker spots!...keep on champion!...

Comparison of Alcaraz's mental fortitude and maturity with other top players like Sinner.

Grande Korda!!!

5

Analysis of Korda's tactical approach and how he disrupted Alcaraz's game.

ModerateOtherExtracted from 15 comments

Really liked how Korda kept it simple and played his ground strokes deep - kept Carlos behind the baseline away from the attacking area and net. Allowed him to win with his serve and return.

Great analysis Nick! Sebastian was so into the match and showed how clever he can be. Tactical masterclass from Korda, I enjoyed watching the match

6

Explanation of why Alcaraz struggles in certain tournaments or conditions (e.g., Miami).

ModerateOtherExtracted from 12 comments

Anyone who knows anything about the tour knows that the Miami Open is a tournament with unusual results, mainly because it comes right after one of the most popular Masters 1000, and right before the clay season.

Wtf, what about the consistency? Whats up with carlitos? Too much tournaments? Ofc korda played good and in front of the homecrowd, but still

How do you show 80% of highlights on the player who lost SMFH

4:10 minutes highlight... Korda won ,but I only see 5 times korda winning game... Good job

Hey Tennis TV how about showing some points of the player who actually WON the match?

8

Analysis of Korda's serve and return game, and how it impacts his matches.

ModerateOtherExtracted from 10 comments

Korda's serve, return and slice were amazing.

I noticed something that Nik mentioned before about Carlos: his recovery after hitting serves was poor. I actually thought his first serve was okay today. Not great but enough. But he did miss A LOT of plus-ones, especially on second serves, like he couldn’t even find the court. On the other hand, Korda moved in on all his returns and it worked out well.

What also played a big factor was that korda served lights out while carlos had a very bad day in the serving department

9

Insights into Korda's training, coaching (e.g., Ryan Harrison), and what has led to his improved performance.

MinorOtherExtracted from 8 comments

Wow Ryan Harrison coaching Korda?

Don't forget that Seb Korda did get a new coach that could be helping him turn his game around, Ryan Harrison.

Sebi is one of the nicest, well spoken and well mannered guy on the tour. He’s also very honest in his answers. I’m very happy for him. I used to be a fan of his dad. Also a very nice guy. Very approachable. Very nice family. Good luck Sebi.

10

Discussion on the role of crowd support and its impact on players like Alcaraz and Korda.

MinorOtherExtracted from 8 comments

With the crowd cheering more for Alcaraz, Korda must've been thinking am I playing in the US or Spain?

Unbelievable! The crowd seemed to cheer more for alcaraz than korda... Well done Sebastian!
