Wie lange muss Jonathan Weathley pausieren? Wann kann er denn überhaupt bei Aston Martin anfangen,dass kann ja ziemlich lange dauern.

I’ve never heard of a high level F1 team employee switching teams without gardening leave. How could that not be in Wheatley’s contract?

Also vielleicht sehe ich das falsch, aber irgendwie finde ich es schon ein bisschen verräterisch nach nur zwei Rennen des neuen Teams es sofort wieder zu verlassen. Also klar hat Wheatly jedes Recht zu gehen, aber wenn ma doch wirklich der Teamchef eines komplett neuen Teams ist, dann finde ich es schon irgendwie schade, das so schnell wieder für ein anderes Team zu verlassen. Aber gut, ich kenn natürlich nicht die Beweggründe.

Unfassbar, aufgrund von "persönlichen Gründen" hat Wheatley nun tatsächlich Audi Verlassen... hmmm was das wohl für Gründe sein mögen???

I'm not sure why Wheatley would want to jump from a potential team to a disaster team. If it happens, it was due to money and moving back to UK.

Warum man Newey zum Teamchef machte, während er gleichzeitig ein neues Wunderauto bauen sollte, hat sich mir sowieso nicht erschlossen. Er hätte einfach der technische Chef und jemand anderes das Geschäft Drumherum führen sollen. Eine Person alleine, kann einfach nicht beides ausfüllen.

War es nicht von Anfang an so geplant und kommuniziert, dass Newey nur temporär als Teamchef übernimmt, bis jemand anderes gefunden wird? Oder täusche ich mich da?

I don't see Wheatley jumping ship given how well the Audi project is turning out. It's brand spanking new and they're already firmly in the midfield fight. Wheatley and Newey go well but it's not worth poaching him imo. Seidl would be better or even Horner

It's all about LOTS of money to buy Wheatley from Audi. This is Lawrence throwing his cash around to attempt to buy a fix for his misery.

I don't get it cost wise. I can't imagine Audi not having a liquidated damages clause in Wheatleys contract. That means tstroll either paid his contract off, or paid him the new rate plus the difference between wheatleys contract and the one to replace him even if it's 10mil more power year...😂this guy must be great to work for as hell by anything!

maybe AM is going to learn the same lesson as PSG learned ,that with unlimited funds you can buy in people with great individual skill ,but that doesn't mean you get a great team , i hope they can get there act together as Alonso doesn't deserve to end his career sitting in the garage

Poxa, triste pela Audi e ao mesmo tempo pelo Bortoleto, deve ser uma notícia bem ruim.. mas acho que ele fez uma má escolha, o tempo dirá né, mas não me parece ser eticamente uma escolha agradável. Talvez o clima dentro da Audi tbm não esteja lá grande coisa, só não está sendo divulgado. Mas só com o Binoto não sei se vai dar bom.. vamos ver como vai ser.

Piloto tem que ser o protagonista não a bateria. Tem que valer é talento do piloto em pilotar, "o braço", não gerenciar carga de bateria.
