This gave me the chills. I appreciate David Byrne so much more than I did when I was a kid hearing these songs on the radio, completely void of any context (at least in my mind). I love the colors of not only the costumes, but the beautiful back up singers and band members. Powerful message.

Saw them perform this on the NPR Tiny Desk concert and that was amazing but watching them perform it on stage is a different level! Amazing reimagined version than the original and awesome new crew! And that Bass solo!

David has used and reworked this genius staging and choreography for years now. It is bare bones minimal but stunning. I saw American Utopia in a1000 cap theater on Broadway. Years later, the band dazzles a big crowd on a landmark festival. Well done.

I remember listening to this as a teenager in the 80s. Never imagined it was describing our future, but here we are.

The photos... the reality that we live in wartime....😢

Coachella, you have been honored with this man's presence! The video montage at the end is what the power of music is all about.

The stage design and production are exquisite. The orange on blue is beautiful.

David Byrne is a genius. This performance in particular - I love the choreography utilizing the entire stage and space. Frontal-facing choreo ruined The Youth These Day. Tip: live and dream and create in real space and create amazing gesamtkunstwerks like David Byrne.

David Byrne is the same as he ever was...brilliant!

Wow DAvid Byrne is still just as amazing as in the 1970's. Performance art lives.

I Saw him When the Talking Heads recorded Stop Making Sense in Hollywood in the Early 80s . He's Still Awesome✌️

He biked to the interview you guys...

Nardwaur: “And here is the dog collar from your favorite childhood pet, Toby, who tragically passed away when you were three years old!” David Byrne: “Oh, neat”

Byrne reminiscing about checking out records from the library really hits home for me. It wasn't until I was in college and home on break that I realized that someone had donated a massive and excellent collection of vintage jazz LPs to my hometown library

Performance Art that cannot be topped.

Wow DAvid Byrne is still just as amazing as in the 1970's. Performance art lives.

I cried when I saw him live in Philly because I knew I was witnessing something out of this world innovative. This video doesn't do his Wireless Dancing Band Justice, if you get a chance to see him live, DO IT!!!. The Visuals are phenomenal.
