Accessing someone's accounts without consent is a crime, as is pretty much everything else her mom has done. Anything she did after jessalyn turned 18 can absolutely be prosecuted, regardless of what's decided for before she turned 18 (like if the wipes happened while she was a minor, they may not prosecute those). She needs to show her mom she can't act like this and then succeed in self victimizing, and get the police involved.

I hope she takes legal action. That woman wouldn't have a single designer handbag without using her daughter's earnings. Such a sad case.

I wanna say, "get a lawyer" but as someone who was working full time and trying to go to school part time while trying to get a FRO on my ex, it was SO difficult to set any money aside for a lawyer. let alone if you manage to retain a lawyer, you then have to pay extra fees for experts so that you can properly support your case. Its not that easy. My heart really breaks for this girl. I do hope she starts a go fund me, people start go fund me's for much less. I think a lot of people would donate so she can press charges but omg its so hard for you to take that first step. Also thats your family, theres so much therapy that you need to go through to unpack all the abuse youve come to see as "normal". She is really going through something unique and uncommon so there arent enough systems in place to help you through a process like this

泣きながら見てたらしおりちゃんとか先生とかかんなちゃんのお母さんとかみんな泣いててさらにもらい泣きしました😂✨😭 二人ともすごい上手だったし失敗とか全然気にならないぐらい素敵でした🥺👏 コメ欄でしおりちゃんが失敗しちゃったかも？ってみかけて、えっもしかして最後の方に？？ってドキドキしながら見てたら全然最初の方でほんとに気付かなかったです笑 5人ともすごい頑張ってて感動しました！多分学校とか行きながら遠くからレッスンに通ってた子もいただろうし努力は身を結ぶんだって思いました…感動をありがとうございます！

This baby will be alright. So proud of her being college and expressing herself so well about all of this. It will actually help others and herself. May she have all the goodness that it's certainly coming her way.

Im not a child influencer but ive picked up on things i didnt before about abuse..like things can be abusive and u wont even know it until ur older

family channels were always a red flag to me. most of them give signs of abuse. i will say sometimes it works in the kids favour, bc some kids may see other family channels on their ipad/tablet and ask their parents to start one, so it becomes a hobby into a way to make money. i defo remember wanting to become a youtuber at like 8 just like the royalty family, tiana, the rush family etc. bc it looked so fun + 1m views on yt back then was like 25k. Then theres cases were kids are so obviously following a script their parents forced onto them to live a certain lifestyle, so their whole childhood is just an exploitation.
