Madueke is actually performing better than Saka this season.

Saka was POOR. No excuses. Martinelli was miles better and did - or at least tried everything Saka didn’t. Gyokeres was class in the first 20 and then didn’t get service. Saka’s performance is on him alone.

Truth is, we’ve been getting away with it for a few weeks. Look at the last four games against good sides — Wolves, Chelsea, Brighton, and now Leverkusen. Results okay, performances not so much. Tonight we could easily have lost. You can grind narrow results for a while, but if the attack doesn’t improve, sooner or later the luck runs out.

I think hincapie in the first half was a definite stand out. And I just cant get over some of Timbers passes this game. I think I'd swap those two and the rest is fine. This line up can be strong but we do not utilize channels well with it. We rely too much on the wing making the plays happen and Leverkusen completely marked us with 3-5 men multiple times.

We were saved by the defence. Outplayed in the midfield, the attack was lost. We played their game... tough match, it was. Trophies coming to the Emirates this season 🏆 🏆 🏆 ... COYG ✊️ ❤

A lot of focus is on the two ends of the pitch whereas i think the biggest problem of this side is the midfield. 2 brilliant midfielders but just not working out.

Arteta has told and trained arsenal midfielders and attack to put break off. They have been awful for the whole season and lack aggressiveness, seriousness, determination, ruthlessness and clinical finish

Or pace is way too slow. Every pass is side or back but there is no pace so we can keep the defense chasing. We are predictable and defenses can set up against us. I’m looking at Real Madrid and their pace is sharp.

Saka was bad and he has been for a large parts of the season. You say his numbers are good but that is because half of Arsenal's attack goes through the right hand side which inflates his stats. The eye tests tells a different story.

Arteta will play the exact same team and way vs Everton, this guy doesnt learn.

Aggressive, Aggressive, aggressive that's what we are lacking. We lack urgency, we lack technicalities. When one thing is good the other fall off and that's what gonna be our downfall again, we can't continue to rely on our defense to bail us out. Saka, martinelli and odergard despite not playing today has under performed overwhelmingly this season, the season when they were good we achieved nothing so why can't they get the courage to levels especially when we are in great position of winning major honors this season. The manager got to look into himself and cut ties with some of these attackers next season. We need a atleast a 3 go to men that will grab games by the scruff of the neck and finish off anything that breath and move.

Arsenal are scared to play and that is down to the manager.

Can sum1 tell me y havertz and gok dont play together up front in games? I just cannot get my head around it .. eze does nothing unless its against lower league opposition or against spurs , i cannot understand y you wouldn't play 2 strikers that work hard defensively insteadof eze who literally isnt consistent enough defensively as much as anything?.. Am i missing something or being stupid or what? Im confused as fuck

Eze plays badly because he does not get any service from Zubimendi and Rice who are always passing the ball backwards 85% of the time. No wonder he was dropping at times to get the ball. Arteta has to know that Norgaard is not more forward thinking that Zubi and rice. He plays like Partey and as long as he is kept out of these crucial games, players like Eze won’t shine and we will never win big trophies. Mark my words.
