Hi, Do you remember back in 1993 Pa had a bad snow storm back on 3/3/93 and it closed down the Pa turnpike from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh. I remember that because I had a father in law pass away oon 3/7/93 and a Aunt pass away on 3/12/93 and couldn’t be buried for 5 days due to the snow storm. So I know anything can happen in March. ❤❤❤
