We are right in the bullseye of your map. Sigh. Thanks for the heads up. Getting the basement ready.

Let's Pray this doesn't get like the April 2011 Super Tornado Outbreak! Stay safe everyone, Prayers for y'all in the paths of these storms. 🙏♥️

It's spring so stormy weather is the norm especially in April. So batten down the hatches . I know it's normal for the south!

Thank you Ryan for all you do. I was born and raised in Central Arkansas, where I still live. And in the past 56 years of my existence, we've dodged Tornados every spring. In the 70s, 80s and 90s we were almost blind to where Tornados were. We had TV people telling us which counties were in watches and warnings. But never detailed of where they are, or the direction they are headed. And definitely not how much time we had before it was over us. Thank you so much. And God bless you.

Living in North Central Arkansas 90% of our severe storms happen after 12:00am. My friends took a direct hit from a EF3 tornado 2 years ago that hit at 4am. One of them was thrown outside his mobile home from his bed as his house was crumpled into a ball.

5:40 Tossing Trampolines Thursday?? 7:25 Thank you Max for the CAPE map. In one graphic it helps me understand what’s coming. I’m right on the Texas/Arkansas border, so we get a LOT in my neck of the country.

Hawaii is getting wrecked again. Do you know if that is going to continue more this year? Things seem so chaotic this season. Can you check for those of us that have loved ones out there?

Wow! April is going to be a busy weather month! Thank you for the extended forecast! We will definitely be watching as you go live! As always, thank you Maxx. Hugs for Cheese Curd! 🤗❤

I think the last time we had this many days in a row of severe weather risks is when it was a little over a month straight around the time of that March 31 2023 tornado outbreak.

Explanation of specific weather phenomena, such as the 'seasonal compression' or the influence of El Niño on weather patterns.

中程度その他3件のコメントから抽出

This video from Project Nightwatch examines a significant multi-day severe weather outbreak in the central United States (1:14-1:55) and argues that it is a symptom of a larger, global climate shift connected to an emerging, potentially record-breaking El Niño event in the Pacific Ocean (0:17-0:41). Key takeaways from the video: Seasonal Compression: The atmosphere is exhibiting "seasonal compression," where conditions like wind shear, moisture, and instability—which typically develop over weeks—are peaking simultaneously in early April (11:20-11:50). This is exacerbated by record-warm sea surface temperatures in the Gulf of Mexico (11:53-12:15). The Pacific Driver: While official forecasts are cautious, the video highlights that subsurface heat accumulation in the Pacific—consistent with historical El Niño precursors—suggests a rapid transition toward a strong El Niño (17:47-18:22, 23:02-25:38). Jet Stream Reorganization: El Niño can fundamentally "rewire" the global jet stream, leading to persistent, high-amplitude wave patterns. This causes a fragmentation of extremes, where areas experience simultaneous hazards like flooding, wildfires, and cold snaps (52:12-53:12, 1:04:15-1:05:14). Agricultural and Economic Risks: The synchronization of weather extremes poses a major threat to global food security. The video explains the risk of "multi-bread basket exposure," where yield reductions across several major agricultural zones occur simultaneously, potentially leading to inflationary pressure on commodity markets and stressing global supply chains (1:14:43-1:19:57). Uncertainty and Response: The video emphasizes that while models agree on the direction of these changes, they diverge on the magnitude. It argues that the current atmosphere is operating on a new, hotter thermal baseline, making the cost of ignoring these risks far higher than the cost of preparing for them (1:39:06-1:40:03, 1:51:05-1:52:00).

You picked a good year to chase last year...tornadoes dropping every other day, and they were beautiful and photogenic. I'm curious how the super El Nino will affect the current season. Seems to be a bit quieter...we'll see in May and June. Great video! Keep it up :)

I’m pretty sure this weather pattern was pretty crazy from the start. Am I right?

I have lived through many typhoons on Guam. I appreciate this content creator with all the details. The homes are mostly built out of concrete which can withstand the high winds. For those in wooden or unstable homes they are at risk during something like this. I just want to say it is survivable. Typhoon Pongsonwa (spelling?) was bad but everything was fine later the hardest part is going without water or power for months. Just think of it as camping but you get to be at home. Lots of cooking outside or barbecuing because the fridge went out and you have to cook the rest of the meat so it doesn't go to waste. You can cook with Sterno or with a fire outside or on a small camping stove. I guess back then we weren't worried about how much charge our cell phone had it was much easier. Stay safe islanders and military! God bless you all.

9:30 It's crazy how the house next to you, behind you and across the street can all get wiped out completely down to the slab, but your house just gets some minor roof/siding damage.
