Hi Gary , thank you for your intro on this cafe .. after watching your video @0930 this morning , I took a trip all the way from North London to Chiswick , which took me 90 mins each way , I arrived at 1200 midday and Miss Choi was very busy serving about 6 customers , then me , the another 2 customer after me , she has a whole pile Of unwashed dishes and she was so busy !!! However , there were already 25 customers had your free breakfast , when I came in , all her ingredients for breakfast has sold out .. (which wasn’t my aim to come here just for a free breakfast ) !! I am now waiting for my ordered of Lamb curry & Pad Thai !! MIss Choi offered me /some toast and tea while waiting .. what a lovely lady !! Thanks for Robbie & yourself putting Georg’s Cafe on our culinary map 😋😋

i feel like the restaurant landscape is shifting. when i was a kid, smaller chains/diners tended to be more expensive than big chains. nowadays the big chains are more expensive and have worse food. like applebees used to be a good deal, but now lunch for 2 is $50+ when the food has a lot of quality control issues. $50 for 2 is wild when dennys is $30 for 2 and perkins is $40 for 2 with very similar meals, and both taste better. let alone smaller chains / diners having generally significantly better food for $40 or less too.

I was sold as soon as I saw the breakfast. The perfect fried egg. The fact that she uses Daddies, Heinz and proper Sarsons vinegar and not that fake catering truck muck. I hope she succeeds... and doubles her prices. Good food is worth paying for!!!

We’ve been running a pub that had shut down for 6 years we revived it and have grown it year on year. But these last 18 months have been a real struggle. The constant rising costs mean we’re having to cut back on staff for the first time. Things like this really help and this kind of exposure is amazing! Well done Gary and all food YouTubers helping promote these small family run businesses. As for us we’re doing a new smokehouse style food shack in the garden this year hoping to attract some people again! Onwards and upwards never give up!

Gas prices have gone up, which means groceries and everything else goes up as well. People already struggle to pay rent. They can’t really afford to go out to eat anymore. Only the middle high class restaurants will survive.

The tgi fridays by me closed during covid. I had gone there a couple months prior. It was crazy. 3-4 workers at the hostess station playing on there phones, as i stood waiting to be seated. Used napkins and spilled water on the floor that no one made an attempt to clean the entire time i was there. A lot of loud hooting and hollering from the kitchen. No one came to my table for 15minutes (place was dead as well). I took it all as a sign to get the hell out of there.

Franchement le concept est incroyable, le montage est ultra propre et l’ambiance est vraiment folle. On sent direct qu’il y a un vrai travail derrière C super propre du début à la fin, gros respect pour le taf, ça fait vraiment plaisir de voir ce niveau de qualité 🤌🤌🤌
