Understanding of why the Cubs consistently struggle with runners on base and in clutch situations.
Im not having fun anymore
11 LOB, bases loaded 3 times and nobody came through. This team just doesn’t change man.
Left 11 runners on base this game very frustrating
Analysis of the Cubs' offensive struggles and potential reasons for their inconsistency, including player performance and coaching.
The offense is horseshit! Every year it's the same crap. Hoyer can't identify bats.
Offense MIA....AGAIN!
They have 0 superstars lol. This is what you’re gonna get if you don’t spend.
Explanation of why certain betting strategies or picks failed, especially after a losing streak.
Sorry yall, bad reads yesterday by me. I knew I wanted the tigers but wanted to add something to absorb the juice. Literally everything I debated over ended up being duds. Just an overall bad day. Hope everyone has a great day today 🤙🏼
Had a rough one voided DET -1.5 and over….. voided in the top of the 9th😑
Baseball hasn’t treated me well right now.
Comparison of different uniform types and when they are worn.
Light blues are on Fridays
I’m pretty sure the light blues are Friday home games? Maybe I’m wrong
Baby blue uniforms are only on Friday games at Home. They'll wear them today.
Detailed analysis of specific player performances, including batting approaches and potential adjustments.
PCA vs lefties is uhhh, not good
Charlie Kirk Fan Shaw should have never went in for Moises Ballesteros! I think Moises had a better chance than Matt Shaw at bat! That’s poor management!
Matt Shaw is NOT clutch 😭
Detailed breakdown of pitcher's pitch mix and how they match up against expected batting lineups.
Pros and Cons for videos coming out early , but on the whole prefer earlier videos , I am in Australia and it's good to have the videos in the afternoon , particularly the Breakdown of the pitchers and their pitch Mix , and the how they match up with the expected batting line up which these videos go into in more detail than most , day baseball over there is middle of the night baseball or early hours of the morning baseball here , and whist I can be a bit of night Owl 🦉 , sometimes , Morning videos there are late night videos here and sometimes they are bi too late for me to catch live
Ngl you’re the best analyst when it comes to MLB. I can usually call NFL and NBA by myself, but when it comes to MLB you got the cake man. Been tuning in since 2024💪🏾
I sit and watch all videos 30 minutes or 59 minutes I’ll be here . You’re the best capper on YouTube with your breakdown 💸🤝🧢
Discussion on player development and why acquired players seem to underperform with the Cubs.
The season will be like this, not just this game. The cubs are in last place in their division and will likely stay there. Losing at home to pirates - not good. Having guys on base with no outs, And not bringing 1 in is horrible. Shota pitched very well and no runs. And silvey from 670 the score stated yesterday that he thinks the cubs will win the division. What universe is he on.. its too late. Dont say its not. The cellar is getting deeper. Teams you need to beat and cubbies cannot. The conditioning coach let us down , hitting coach let us down , graig council let us down, cubs let us down and cubs front office let us down. . And i still love the cubs..
Do you think its the stadium, the coaches, or the check? Why does every All star player the cubs trade for magically become .300 less ops, and a shell of themselves
What are THEY PAYING (STRAW) to Do?.. HE HAS NEVER BEEN A CONSISTENT MAJOR LEAGUE BATTER.. A PRIME EXAMPLE of a PLAYER THAT DOES NOT BELONG IN A MAJOR LEAGUE UNIFORM.. THIS LEAGUE HAS TOO MANY (GOOD-OL BOY) TIES TO IT, and has TURNED MLB INTO A (MEDIOCRE) LEAGUE…
More confidence and conviction in betting picks and predictions.
ive never seen a handicapper so unsure of his edges. have a lil more confidence on your leans yeah
I mean this in the nicest way possible you are the Koogs of sports betting
Guidance on how to approach betting on games with specific weather conditions (e.g., cold weather affecting hitting).
Going to be 40° in Cleveland tomorrow I don't know about an over
The Cubs are picking up right where they left off with the last half of last season. (You do realize they had a losing record after the All Star Break, don't you?) This team is seemingly incapable of stringing three wins together. And the Cubs fans will get excited after two wins, saying they're finally out of their hitting slump, only for THIS to happen. Shut out at home. Dead last in the division and 3 games behind the Brewers ALREADY. I've said it before. I'll say it again. This Cubs team sucks and will struggle to win over 80 games this year. Whoever these "experts" handicappers are who picked the Cubs as a contender this year are crazy. I don't know what the problem is with the Cubs' hitting, but since early June of last year they have struggled. Is it scouting? Do all the pitchers in the NL have the Cubs batters' number and the Cubs are incapable of adjusting? Or do they just suck? The Cubs cannot for the life of them string together offense consistently game to game. And it seems if they are down even a single run by the 8th inning, it's game over. And don't give me any of this "It's early and it's too cold to hit" - as if it was mid-July and 80 degrees for the opposing team.
Understanding of pitching mechanics and historical differences in pitcher durability and performance.
Pitching is all about centripetal force. Instead of relying on mechanics to align the body and arm as the ball is released, pitchers now days are whipping their arms which puts additional strain on the ligaments to keep the arm stable. That’s why Chapman can throw 105mph and never had a UCL tear. If you compare his mechanics to those of pitchers like Cade, Prior, etc you can see a difference in the point the ball is released. Chapman’s body is rotating still on the follow through while Cade’s is not. If you look up centripetal force you’ll see a big influence is the distance from the center of the circle. If it’s your core/hips it’s further away (more force) but if they’re whipping their arm and the body is still the center is the shoulder. The UCL is the ligament that acts as the line between the ball and the shoulder so it takes the brunt of the force.
Maybe this would have been better for the off season, but I would like to see an episode on why and how pitchers of the 60's 70's into the 80's (best example Ferguson Jenkins 267 complete games) could complete a game compared to today lucky to complete 6 innings. How did this change so much and with so many more injuries?????
