I don’t think he’ll ever change his mentality only because he isn’t from here. We may feel like he is playing the game wrong when it comes to effort but it seems he feels like the game is being played wrong when it comes to officiating. And since he isn’t from here I don’t think he has the passion or care to change especially when he feels he’s in the right. Gotta build pieces around him
