Sienna won their tourney and congrats to GMac and his team, but I do not think he’s the answer. I hope they outside the program and get a good coach and recruiter.

I'd like Nate Kings and Sadiq White back. I don't want an unproven non P4 coach...too much risk...Absolutely 100% no to the USF coach...no P4 experience and he hasn't worked at a mid level NIL budget as USF budget is 2nd highest in their league...Syracuse. might be in the top 40% of the ACC which makes his job a helluva harder and riskier for us Syracuse fans...we can't afford another 2-3 year rebuild/excuses...we need a proven winner now...NCAA TRMNT birth or fired requirement for year 1...don't be risky/cheap...get Brad Brownell or TJ O... almost no risk and they'd be top dog on campus with better facilities...but we'd have to be willing to pay...something we haven't done in the past...those guys are PROVEN WINNERS at P4 level...Syracuse currently is a more prestigious job than their current schools, but we'd have to be willing to spend money to make money (more fans back and more donations)...

I absolutely do not want GMac as head coach. Yes he made the tourney with Sienna--but that does not mean his success will translate against real competition and better coaching in the ACC.

The new head coach must bring in his own team of coaches, recruiters, and GM! Alex Kline must be fired as well, sorry, this is big business and major changes need to be made. The reputational damage the athletic department has pummeled on the University will take years to repair. Our history has been severely damaged. We are forgotten. Die hard fans are die hard because sports is (was) all Upstate NY has going for it. The Univ has sh*t all over those fans.

This is by far the bottom of the barrel for Syracuse basketball unbelievable one of the stellar programs in College basketball has become a laughing stock it ALL started the moment they left the big east for the Duke Owned ACC I get it a xxx- multi million dollar move for the university but Damn how the mighty have fallen this program have hit rock bottom it's going to take a MAJOR hire to hopefully turn this thing around and they're definitely going to have to open up the pocket books to achieve that cause we live in a NIL era now good luck.🤷🤦🙄😒

I think JJ and the regression of Freeman can not be overstated. Red should not take the FULL brunt of this season. Even George came around as the season progressed despite having a coach that has no idea how to coach offense.

Good coaches put their players in position to be successful. Autry had no offensive plan for three straight seasons.
