For corners, I recommend these rules: 1. No players from the attacking side, i.e. the side that is taking the corner, can enter the 6 yard box before the corner is taken. 2. In this context a corner is "taken" when a foot of the player, that is taking the corner, makes contact with the ball. (Yes I know that this still leaves the loophole where players can take a short corner, flood the 6 yard box and THEN deliver a cross but something is better than nothing) 3. Before the corner is taken, only the goal-keeper of the defending team and a maximum of two players from the defending team can stay inside the 6 yard box. Please let me know if any of these make sense and/or are useful.
