I'm trying to be strong and not get scared, but I'm in Memphis Tennessee, and I'm very nervous. I've NEVER had a tornado come here. I'm 15 years old, and I hope everyone is okay. I love you all. <3

All my family live in NC and have alerted my mom about Mondays risk as my dad is out working in OH working this storm. Please pray for all those in the paths of these storms. Most of the population live in mobile homes etc and not tornado friendly. Prayers 🙏 Be safe everyone from Oklahoma. We can count on you Max to keep us with live updates.

Dude, you're scaring the hell outta me. We just got hit by a tornado last Friday and you're talking about nighttime storms on the way! That seriously made my stomach start churning. At least I'm aware of what's coming tho. 😮

Tornados? So soon? This is nuts! We RARELY get them and now I wonder each storm if we should try to hide! 😮

Im in Maryland right on the border of the level 4 and level 3. I paid $3200 to have a large dead tree removed and have all of the dead limbs cut off of the other trees yesterday. Thank you for reassuring me that was the right thing to spend that money on.

I got myself some 2 foot long earth anchors and drove those suckers in with an impact wrench. My trampoline is going NOWHERE.

It is so windy, a semi turned on its side by a local school. I almost had a tree fall on me while driving on my way home. I helped a couple folks move another tree off the road nearby home. Several branches and trees have fell off in the property. Please be very careful out there. Stay safe you all! ❤️

If anyone has bad “storm anxiety” like I do, I highly recommend signing up for Max’s phone alerts. I received a phone call from Max on Tuesday before the severe thunderstorms, one of which created the EF-3🌪️ went through Kankakee County not all that far south of where I live. Hearing Max’s voice on the phone instead of just scary emergency alerts helped me to focus & prepare more; especially when the power flickered & went out so I had no local tv coverage. I stayed in a hotel for the night. Unfortunately, I can’t afford to that again anytime soon. The nearest storm shelter is only 2 blocks away (however they don’t unlock their parking lot gate until the sirens sound).

Niagara Falls, New York: It was 65F on Monday, now we've got HEAVY snowfall happening. Probably 2 inches already in the last hour.

I have family in North Carolina. This is troublesome, to say the least. Please, please, please, be tuned in and prepared! Have the safe space cleared up and ready. Keep your phones charged and medications in your go bag. All of my family is elderly and in poor health so I am going to make sure that they are notified about this so they have enough time to prepare for the worst. Take care everyone! :)

I know the app will use automated calls, but I like the idea where every time Riley does an update, Max is off-camera calling everyone, furiously typing numbers into his phone! :P

I got my Max Alerts phone call last weekend almost 5 minutes before our sirens began going off. Thank you Max for all that you do!!

I just signed up for MaxAlert. I live in rural Missouri that has neither a tornado warning system and local news is now limited.
