It’s a trip hearing Martin Clunes do an American accent.

I am LITERALLY watching Doc Martin right now whilst watching this snippet. I am looking so forward to this ‘crossover’ although it is weird hearing Martin Clunes with an American accent.😊

When I heard this show was coming out, I thought it would have made sense that doc Martin UK would be the father. He did have a son with Louisa and it made sense this doc best would be his son grown up, went to medical school in America and became a gp ironically in same town name as his father. Instead it’s an American remake of the characters. Eh.

We love this show so much!!! It's the new family favorite, and it's recorded on the DVR, so we have watched every episode more than once already. So excited for this episode, and many more! Stellar cast!!

I had seen the trailers for this but never connected to the Doc Martin series. Now I'll have to look for it, that's pretty cool.

I have never watched "Doc Martin", so I think I'll have to. So is the star of "Nelle tue mani"going to appear on "Doc"?

Loved Doc Martin and I also love Best Medicine.

The first time I watched Best Medicine I immediately got the connection to Doc Martin, of which I am a fan. Maybe not quite as good, but in a world of really crappy TV, this shines!

I was very hesitant to watch this show. I loved Doc Martin ever since first time saw it. I thought this Best Medicine was going to be a terrible rip off. But I gave it a try. After few episodes I enjoyed it. Still would take Doc Martin over this any day of the week. Martin Clunes is the BEST.

Jesus Joseph and Mary nothing they can do can save this horrible show Bring in all the guest stars you want unless you replace the crappy actors and kill off that god awful assistant this show has not chance of being saved. Just let it go and move on. This was a good idea but had horrible execution let it die in peace.

The problem I have with Best Medicine is that the quirkiness of the supporting characters is ramped up so high that they are truly annoying. The quirkiness feels chaotic when several eccentric characters are on the same scene exhibiting all their individual eccentricities all at once. The supporting characters are irritating not endearing.

I'm a Clunatic and have subscribed to Hulu just to watch this show. It's taken a while to get vested in the characters having watched the original and trying to give this show a chance. Can't wait to see Martin Clunes! By the way, he's in the new movie "Wuthering Heights." The critics don't like the adaptation but Martin Clunes is getting a lot of praise for his performance and just may win some awards! I'm going to see it soon. Best medicine has been picked up for a second season I read. I hope they have fresh story lines and not copycat the original. ❤

I love Doc Martin. I love Martin Clunes. I love Josh Charles. But I'm having trouble with this version. Maybe they should have just created a new show. Hope they make it work.
