Sir, I am from Dhanbad district, Jharkhand, India. An ethanol factory in our area is causing serious air pollution. Black soot/dust is covering our house roofs and the air quality has become very poor. It is difficult to breathe and live normally. Earlier, when villagers peacefully protested against this pollution, several key people were booked with 3–4 legal cases. This has created fear among residents, and now many are scared to raise their voices. Despite complaints, no strict action has been taken. Please @dhruvrathee Sir, kindly look into this issue and raise awareness so authorities take responsibility. Our health and environment are at serious risk. We urgently need attention.

Good point. In my childhood I used to hear from my grandparents that many villages used gobar gas made from cow dung and farm waste. They used it for cooking, and the leftover material was used as natural fertilizer in farming. Today we depend a lot on petroleum, CNG, and chemical fertilizers. If the government supports more gobar gas plants in villages and towns where cattle and farm waste are available, it could reduce fuel dependence and also encourage healthier, more organic farming with less chemicals.
