So some pointers for multiplayer: the host can globally pause the game so I'd recommend using it while everything is getting set up since the time doesn't stop. Also because of said fact it is advisable that for you to adjust the in game speed down. I recommend 80% to 50%. This will help make it feel like the days are going by so fast.
