If carrying on with hurdling was ever a serious option, why didn’t he run in the Christmas Hurdle, Unibet Hurdle or Kingwell? They only got tempted by the Champion Hurdle because of Sir Gino’s injury. Even without his jumping issues, was running in the Champion Hurdle, 14 months since his last proper hurdle race, off just a 1m4f racecourse gallop, the best preparation anyway?

great show again matt & paddy ,, the great Cost Hill misses the champ hurdle , gutted cuz hes my hero , and i'll be there that day but relieved , as there IS something wrong with its hurdling ! dont forget on its debut this year , against lowly opposition , he came away to win easily but ALMOST fell @ the last ! that would;ve been 4 falls out of 4 this season ! pheeeew what a horse !! good luck wotever he does 🙁scoey

I can't believe they've retired Constitution Hill from hurdling without even trying a set of cheekpieces on first. If Willie trained this horse, He'd turn up on the Tuesday with a set of cheekpieces on and win easily.

One of the most genuine people in racing. The way he bets and lays blows my minds it isnt how I would do it, but he nails his colours to the mast and is happy to be shot at. Hope he's around the game for a long time.

That position is odd to me. On Poniros, Mullins said the exact same thing about Ehtical Diamond 2 days before the BC race. "If he's in the first 5 we'll be pleased". I mean i dont fancy it, but he's definitely dangerous. To me it' looks like a race with 'shock ' all over it. I think all the shorties will bomb. If ballyburn runs, he's in my combos with GA. Got Lossiemouth 4/1 NRNB in the Champion but think she will go to the Mares

Remember the mares race is now on the new course, I think that massively suits wodhooh over Lossiemouth. The mares is a far harder race for lossie to win

Please willie mullins put Lossiemouth in the champion hurdle and not the mares hurdle on the thursday,

I think the handicappers are now in the guessing business...some of their ratings just seem to be them guessing and saying this horse is much better imo so I'm giving it another 7lbs...i can't see how they are figuring them out otherwise

wow i have never seen that hanicapper giving a irish horse extra 132lbs poor horsie must be a very large saddle

The handicapper has clobbered the Irish horses in the Fred Winter hasn’t he. I was looking at it and thought bar the ones at the top of the weights, will horses towards the bottom of the weights get in. Horses like Munsif might just slip in but the horses below might not?

Emmet is spot on about Ballyburn. Reminds me exactly like Sir Gerhard tried chasing at the wrong trip, brought back hurdling ran in the stayers then went back to 2 mile after that he was done. Ballyburn should run in the champion.

Tom may I point out when I look at the history books 2025 champion hurdle winner it says Golden Ace. So she is reigning champion. My final word on CH, the worst decision ever. Although Honeysuckle running a mile when CH turned up runs that decision close. Let's hope Lulumba dont fall as hes target next season will be the Southwell all weather championships. Advice think out the box, Irish Panther I see 20s I will smash it. Kargesse yep great chance but that last race WILL leave a mark. The Big Westerner do some homework chances are it will be on the good side of soft, will she run. Final Demand just ticks the box like most years overhyped, my god you had morons saying it should have gone the Gold cup rout😅😅 Look a few predictions if you think mighty Park turns up in the Supreme take the 8s with betfare, people can't lay him enough.
